The check-in process went smoothly, and the staff was very friendly. The suite I stayed in was clean and quite spacious. The breakfast was a delightful experience. I especially enjoyed the self-made waffles!

great options for non traditional hotel stays. we had a two bedroom king and double queen for our family if 5. not to mention there is a basketball court and grill area outside. it is close to great restaurants and shopping. we will never stay anywhere else when we go to Birmingham!

The room was cleaned and disinfected to perfection. The house keeping staff was completely wonderful. Each person treated me and my family like we were their family. So kind and attentive. Checking in and out was the easiest experience ever! My family and I evacuated from New Orleans due to Hurricane Ida. We have completely fallen in love with Birmingham Alabama (South Inverness). The locals were very kind everywhere we went. My family and I did not want to leave!! Best family evaluation trip ever!! Thank you to everyone who worked during our stay. You have no idea how peaceful you all made this experience for my daughters(8,6 &2). Again thank you to the housekeeping staff you all are amazing!!
